Frequently Asked Questions

  • Swivr lets you trade on short-term price movements. Choose a market, pick Up or Down, and predict whether the price will finish above or below the target price.

  • Choose a market and trading amount, then buy Up or Down shares based on your prediction. Winning shares settle at $1 each; losing shares settle at $0. You can also cash out before the round ends.

  • Swivr currently offers BTC, ETH, and SOL price markets, with intervals including 5-minute and 15-minute rounds.

  • Each round compares its settlement price with a target price. If the settlement price is above the target, Up wins. If it is below the target, Down wins. Settlement uses an average of prices over a defined window before the round ends. You can find the price source and averaging window in the market’s rules.

  • Depending on your display settings, trading fees are included in the displayed price or listed separately. Fees are currently calculated as:

    Fee = 0.03 × C × P × (1 − P)

    C is the number of shares traded, and P is the price per share in dollars. For example, trading 100 shares at $0.50 each incurs a $0.75 fee. The fee per share is highest at $0.50 and decreases as the price approaches $0 or $1.

  • Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) in Security settings to add an extra layer of protection to your built-in wallet. Use an authenticator app or a supported passkey to verify sensitive wallet actions, including withdrawals.

  • Sign in, fund your wallet with USDC on Solana, and choose a market. Review its rules, select Up or Down, enter your amount, and place your trade.
